3-wheel City Coco electric scooter HM-3 – rear basket as standard, removable 20 Ah / 40 Ah battery
The HM-3 is a three-wheeled electric tricycle designed for comfortable urban travel and leisure trips for two. Its 2,000W brushless motor provides smooth acceleration, capable of climbing slopes of up to 25%, while respecting the speed regulations applicable to personal transport devices.
Energy and autonomy
With a removable 60V 20Ah lithium battery, the HM-3 achieves approximately 45 km* (28 miles) of range. The dual battery configuration (40 Ah combined) installed simultaneously extends this range to 90 km (55 miles) without stopping to recharge. Each battery is easily removed for charging at home or in the office: allow approximately ten hours with the included 2A charger, or four hours with an optional 5A fast charger.

Comfort and capacity
The seat positioned 52 cm from the floor ensures a relaxed position; the two-seater bench seat and wide floor comfortably accommodate two adults. The 10-inch tires, combined with the front/rear suspension, absorb road irregularities. The frame supports up to 200 kg for an unladen weight of approximately 75 kg. A rear basket, supplied as standard, adds practical storage space for shopping or luggage.
Security
Front and rear disc brakes ensure efficient stopping. Full LED lighting, integrated turn signals, a horn, and rearview mirrors ensure visibility and control. A digital speedometer displays current speed, charge status, and distance traveled.

Content and warranty
Each HM-3 comes pre-assembled, with battery(ies) and charger. The warranty is two years (6 months on batteries). Several colors are available, with red calipers and trim for a sporty touch.

Estoy encantado con mi Citycoco. Al ser un modelo nuevo ha tardado un poco en llegar. Y la sorpresa ha sido que ha llegado completamente montado! Me encanta su suavidad y lo silencioso que es. Como nunca he llevado una moto, al principio me liaba un poco con el acelerador. Paso a paso...
Ahora estamos con los trámites para matricularlo en España. Y en continuo contacto con Scoot Motion por un problemilla con un intermitente. Se agradece la amabilidad y la inmediata atención de la empresa.
Scoot correspondant à nos attentes. Le forfait montage est bien pratique malgré quelques manques, clignotants pas serrés, vis foirées ou absentes, mais une bonne réactivité du support commercial.
Could not get insurance in the uk for my HM-3 ……dvla wanted insurance documents submitted along with the V355 new vehicle forms before they would issue a registration number……..….insurance companies wanted registration number before they would consider insuring the trike…..catch 22 with no way of resolving the problem. Cannot now drive legally on uk roads…..off road use on private land only……..BEWARE…..scooter looked fantastic and drew loads of positive comments from passers by…..certainly easy and comfortable to drive…..hoping for many miles of enjoyable driving…..
Très bonne expérience avec scootmotion mais petit souci lors de la livraison défaut de la jante pneu tout le temps dégonflé et rayure sur le véhicule à part ça le service après-vente fonctionne très bien
La société est sérieuse mais plusieurs éléments laissent à désirer.
En tout premier, un délai de livraison dépendant de l'importation, et dans notre cas un délai très rallongé.
Une fois le produit reçu, nous nous attelons au montage et nous allons de surprises en déconvenues : aucun plan de montage mais si on est un peu bricoleur, on s'en sort, une vidéo de présentation qui ne correspond pas au modèle proposé (exemple des garde-boues arrière différent par rapport à la vidéo), une conception "chinoise" du produit, des alignements approximatifs qui ne permettent pas d'installer le panier arrière sans modification des pattes de support, un clignotant arrière non fonctionnel. Au final, un produit plaisant mais il ne faut pas regarder de trop près dans les détails de finition. Nous avons hésité entre 3 et 4 étoiles.
Le HM-3 correspond bien au descriptif. Nous ne sommes pas déçus. Comme c'est un nouveau modèle le délai de livraison a été très long (5 mois). Le montage a été compliqué faute de notice en français mais le résultat est très satisfaisant. Néanmoins nous essayons de contacter Scoot Motion pour quelques précisions d'usage.
j'ai fait un test de ce modèle qui était en démonstration, et je l'ai directement adopté ! merci au commercial de s'être déplacé à Tours, ce HM3 est vraiment beau et le panier arrière est super. Je recommande la société et le produit
