My order did not go completely smoothly at first. The colour I originally chose became unavailable, and there was later an issue involving FedEx and the customs charges. However, I believe a company should be judged by how it responds when something goes wrong—and Scoot Motion were excellent.
Quentin, Alice and the rest of the team communicated clearly, took responsibility and worked hard to resolve everything. I always felt that they genuinely cared about my order and wanted to make sure I was properly looked after.
The FT-02 was absolutely worth the wait. It is a fantastic bike, I am extremely pleased with it and I am thoroughly enjoying every minute of riding it. Even after delivery, Quentin has continued helping me with a technical question and has contacted the manufacturer to investigate further.
I have already been recommending Scoot Motion to everyone who asks me about the bike. Excellent customer service, a brilliant product and a team that genuinely stands behind what they sell.

Au départ, ma commande ne s’est pas entièrement déroulée comme prévu. La couleur que j’avais initialement choisie n’était finalement plus disponible, puis un problème est survenu avec FedEx concernant les frais de douane. Cependant, je pense qu’une entreprise doit surtout être jugée sur sa manière de réagir lorsqu’un problème survient — et Scoot Motion a été exemplaire.
Quentin, Alice et toute l’équipe ont communiqué clairement, pris leurs responsabilités et tout mis en œuvre pour résoudre la situation. J’ai toujours senti qu’ils se souciaient réellement de ma commande et souhaitaient s’assurer que je sois parfaitement accompagné.
Le FT-02 valait vraiment l’attente. C’est un vélo fantastique, j’en suis extrêmement satisfait et je prends énormément de plaisir à l’utiliser. Même après la livraison, Quentin continue de m’aider concernant une question technique et a contacté le fabricant afin d’obtenir davantage d’informations.
Je recommande déjà Scoot Motion à toutes les personnes qui me questionnent sur mon vélo. Un excellent service client, un produit remarquable et une équipe qui assure un véritable suivi de ce qu’elle vend.

Had issues with my bank, that delaid import duty payments. But once that was sorted the bike arrived very swiftly. Scoot Motion staff where very good at chasing Fed Ex for me. I had it built and on the road within an hour. A lovely chill ride, quite a head turner too.
Zuerst wollte mann Mier blauviulett stadt lilaviulett anbieten dar sie es in der falschen Farbe bestellten Dann Mußte ich 6 Monate warten bis Mier Das E-Bike in Lilaviulett geliefert wurde Dan waren Die Felgen in der Fältchen gäbe so wie die Federdempfer die waren schwarz und nicht wie sie seiensollten in Lilaviulett Dan fehlte noch Der 17 Mauelschlüssel und Die halter Pletchen für das hintere Schutzblech dann wurde mir Die Federdempfer mit den Felgen nach Gute 3 Wochen speter nachgeliefert Die Dempfer waren okay aber Die Felgen forne war zerkratzt und die Hintere Felge mit dem Motor war die Farbe stark apgesplittert weil Die die reifen Mäntel mir falschem Werkzeug abgezogen haben nun habe ich sie wieder verpackt und warte nun auf einen Neuen Satz Felgen mit nem Motor 48V 750w Die nicht Beschedigte sing oder so gar gebraucht so wie Die aussahen und habe noch immer keine Rückmeldung von denen bekommen Ich selber fahre auch ein E-Bike im Shopper steiel Fon Mangosteen in rot es Sin Hammer Geile E Bike nur Meins bekam ich nach sehr kurzer zein im Einwandfreiem Zustand über Die App Hood. De nur hatten sie Leider keins mehr in Lila Violett mit Pedalenantrieb sonst hette ich es auch Dort bestellt aber nichts so trotz sind es Hammer Geile E Bikes Die riesigen Spass machen und in Hamburg auch auf dem Radweg gefahren darf sofern es nicht mehr wie 25 km/h schnell ist und der Gashebes endfernt ist mit Gashebes muss man es als Roller anmelden und auf der Straße fehrren

Bike looks and rides awesome! Turns lots of heads when out and about. Quite surprised how long the charge lasts when ridden conservatively.
Kam nach langer Wartezeit mit gebrochenem Stecker, so das wir das irgendwie überbrücken und kleben mussten. Das Tempo wird nach wie vor nicht angezeigt. Batterie geht schneller leer als ich dachte, selbst wenn ich aktiv trete, werde ich niemals 20 km weit kommen..
Der Anzug ist beeindruckend, macht echt Spaß... allerdings wäre ein Hinweis auf Führerschein und Versicherung in Deutschland hilfreich gewesen nicht zu kaufen. Ambivalenz macht sich den Weg, so eine Art von hass- liebe. Wollte es zurück schicken aber hatte die originale Verpackung nicht mehr. Macht eure eigenen Erfahrungen, ich wäre am Arsch gewesen wenn mein Schwager das Ding nicht zum laufen gebracht hätte...der Look hat mich gecatcht...der Sitz könnte besser gefüllt sein mit Schaumstoff. Mimimi...macht aber richtig Spaß
