Scoot Motion (Sarl EB INVEST) Return Policy
- Notification of Withdrawal:
- Notification must be made in writing via email (servicecommercial@scoot-motion.com) or by post (13 rue des pommiers, 85500 Les Herbiers) including the duly completed withdrawal form. No withdrawal will be taken into account if it is sent by other means. The withdrawal form can be found at the bottom of this page.
- Return Conditions:
- The product must be returned intact, in its original condition, with all its parts, accessories, instructions, and in its original packaging. Any returned product that is not in a resalable condition or that has been damaged by the customer will not be taken back or refunded and may be returned to you, at your expense.
- Return Organization:
- The cost and organization of transport for the return of the product are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The seller can provide carrier contact details for large volume packages.
- Return Review:
- Upon receipt, the product will be subject to a thorough inspection. If the product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the product at your expense, a bailiff's report may also be made.
- Refund :
- Provided all conditions are met, the refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the returned product.
