Returns, Withdrawal and Refund Policy – Scoot Motion (SARL EB INVEST)
1) Important: cancellation / changes after ordering
Once your order has been validated and paid, we start the logistics preparation immediately and, depending on the product, production and/or a long shipping process (dedicated stock allocation, carrier booking, pallet preparation, checks, packaging, dispatch from the warehouse).
- For this reason, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of an order once it has been placed.
If your order is already being prepared, in production, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If you change your mind, the applicable solution is withdrawal / return after delivery, under the conditions below.
Special case – made-to-order / customized products: some products may be made to order or customized. In such cases, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with the legal exceptions (in particular Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
2) Exercising the right of withdrawal (after delivery)
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period after receiving your order, without having to justify any reason.
⚠️ Withdrawal requires written notice (see section 3) and then returning the product (see sections 4 to 6).
The refund is processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
3) Notice of withdrawal (mandatory)

Your request must include the completed withdrawal form (available at the bottom of the page).
No withdrawal will be accepted if sent by other means.
4) Return conditions (product condition)
To be accepted, the product must be returned:

intact, clean, undamaged
-
in its original condition
-
with all parts, accessories and manuals
-
and in the original packaging (box(es), protections, inserts, etc.)
Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use making it not resellable will not be taken back or refunded. It may then be returned to you at your expense.
5) Return organization – shipping costs and transport
Return shipping costs and the organization of transport are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including for bulky items.
Upon request, we may provide contact details for carriers suitable for large-volume parcels.
Cost indications (for information only) – Bulky items outside standard postal services:

Outside France: between €300 and €350 incl. VAT + non-stackable shipment option (€240 incl. VAT) via FedEx
-
France: between €150 and €250 incl. VAT via DB SCHENKER
The product must be properly protected and packaged for transport. Any damage occurring during return transit (insufficient packaging, impact, breakage, etc.) may lead to refusal of the refund.
6) Receipt and inspection of the return
Upon receipt, the product will be subject to a careful inspection.
If the product does not meet the above return conditions, we reserve the right to:

refuse the refund, and/or
-
send the product back to you at your expense.
A bailiff’s report may also be made in the event of a dispute or if the returned product is found to be degraded.
7) Refund
Provided that all conditions are met, the refund will be issued within 10 days following:

receipt of the returned product, and
-
approval after inspection.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order, unless agreed otherwise.
