Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 16 reviews.
Top Service!
Top Kundenservice!!! Lieferung wie beschrieben. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.
Här är översättningen till engelska: Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding the product I have received, as it does not match the product description on your website. According to the description, the tires should have dimensions that allow the scooter to stand without support when parked. Thanks to the width of the tires, it should be able to balance on its own, as also stated in the text on your website. I have previously purchased a scooter of the same model, and that scooter has wider tires and is able to balance on its own. That scooter was not purchased from you. However, the scooter I have now received does not have this capability. It also appears to be known that it cannot stand on its own, since a stand has been mounted on the scooter delivered by you. Based on this, I consider that the product does not correspond to the information provided at the time of purchase. I therefore ask that you handle this as a complaint and get back to me with a proposed solution, for example a replacement with a product that matches the description, or other wheels/tires. Please get back to me as soon as possible with information on how you intend to resolve this matter. Kind regards, Ulf Risberg
